[Summit] Water pressure

Hmmm  I have ALSO noticed our water pressure is somewhat lower, recently.

It takes the washing machine longer to fill, so the time left for the
actual agitating is noticeably less.

We live on Hope and the water pipes right here have NOT been worked on,
although about a block away on a side street there is work happening.
