[Summit] Can-pickers now picking through papers

Hi, Summit Neighbors,

One of my Lauriston Street neighbors told me that she has seen at
least one of the can- and bottle-pickers looking over papers in the
recycling bins.  He holds a flashlight in his mouth and sometimes
spends 20 minutes at one bin, sifting through the recycled papers.
This has happened at least twice, at about 3 or 4 a.m.

Neighbors, please shred your sensitive paperwork!  It takes only a few
minutes to shred -- and the headache of ID theft can last for years.
