I REALLY REALLY want to get rid of the big green bin and use the smaller
blue bin for recycling. I am more than willing to switch to the grey for
trash. Will the powers that be let me do this? If so, how do I get rid of
the big green bin? I cannot for the life of me countenance how bizarre and
confusing this whole thing is, but I will save the rant for another day.
