[Summit] brown water

We did on 5th Street this morning. They shut off our water service in
the late evening and brought it back on line in the wee hours of the
morning. The water was only brown for a few moments today before
clearing up.

We got a notice on our door on Friday that they were going to do this,
but the date was sometime in 2010. We had no idea it was scheduled for
last night.
