[Summit] Going to VOTE now?...Bring a COAT and a book

NOTE to "East Sider"s- If you didn't already go, bring a book, and a WARM
COAT!
Apparently they they have combined districts, without bringing along the
other poll workers.

We had to start our place in line OUTSIDE, and it is getting cold out.
Since the doors were automatic, they stayed open, making it cold inside as
well.

Close to 1/2 hr total. ~ 6- 6:30PM
