[Summit] voter ID law

Oh, I think it's voter suppression.  The evidence for in-person voter
fraud is always anecdotal.  But I understand that something like 11%
of registered voters lack a government-issued picture id.

As I wrote to Gordon, who co-sponsored the Voter Id bill, I'd feel a lot
better about the law if picture ids were to be issued at all polling
places and a marketing campaign encouraged voting: "Vote and get a
free id!"
