Anthony, I can recommend "Mallozzi Electric" 401-231-7360.  They are either actually answering the phone (almost always) or return your call almost immediately.  Their motto:  "no job too big or small, 24 hour service -7 days".  I've been very satisfied with them and so have friends to whom I recommended them.--Anneliese
