[Summit] gas leaf blowers

About a year ago I was sitting in our back yard writing a letter when
the "landscapers" started using their leaf-blowers in the kitty-corner
yard.  That yard was fenced, but there was a narrow gap in the corner.
 I looked down and my white writing paper was covered with dirt.  I
estimate the distance from the leaf-blowers was at least 50 feet.

Now when I hear leaf-blowers I run around the house shutting all the
windows -- top floor as well as ground floor.  The noise is obnoxious
enough without all that dirt and dust blowing in.
