[Summit] noise

I've been noticing this for some time - weeks, months.  It is not
continous, and I have heard it start and stop.  It can run for hours.
The sound reverberates throughout our neighborhood.  I walk my dog late
at night, and I have noticed, as I walk around, that there are "dead
spots" where it is silent, and other places where it is quite loud.
It is reliably loud at Burlington and Summit, and also on Eighth St,
by the Miriam parking lot.

I drove by the cogeneration plant.  It's not that.  Now I'm thinking
it's the train yard.

I'm definately getting my crazy on over this.
