[Summit] Summit Digest, Vol 105, Issue 8

I heard the noise last night as well. I'm on 11th. I've heard it fortrhe
past couple of weeks, butthought it was nightwork related to the water
project. Does anybody know where it's coming from? Odd. It only starts late
at night.
