[Summit] Unplowed streets?

Yes it is a lot, but also the small trucks that were out for the small
streets last night were unable to do some of them.
I watched one try to do 6th street between Hope & Miriam Hosp, around
midnight and he kept getting stuck, and it looked like he was doing all the
right things. He gave up and another pickup truck came. This one also
backed up & took a running start and he got through the beginning, but he
fish tailed this way & that and almost ended up in a neighbor's back yard.
It took him about 10 minutes to get down the first block.
This morning I walked there, and some scuffing the snow revealed thick ice
under neath most of that particular block.
