[Summit] Why I will always oppose on street parking

[Breslers]

Properties not forced to have built-in parking lead to winter nightmares.
These reporters are laughing- they obviously do NOT have to deal with this,
or they wouldn't have missed the worst part;
Digging you car out is NOTHING compared to having to dig your car IN, if
the storm came while you were at work, or when someone takes your space
anyway, and all that is left is- maybe a tight space between 2 already
parked cars, mounded high with the the wet stuff they shoveled from their
spaces... OR the end of the row, by the corner, where the plow dumped a now
frozen mountain from the intersection.
Been there NEVER doing that again!!
