Opinions of the SNA seem to me as feckless, capricious and bizarre as they
are to most of the topics covered here. Nothing surprises me anymore.

Everything I ever wanted to know about human nature I learned on the SNA
listserve:

- Opinions are cheap; actions are hard.
- Point of view is only valuable if it's constructive.
- People will be people and people don't change.
- It's OK not to be a part of the solution; it's not OK to be a part of
the problem.
- No good deed goes unpunished.

My wife's new year's resolution was to cut people more slack. I've adopted
her resolution and am doing my best to meet it. I heartily recommend it.
