[Summit] trash pickup dates updated

Hi all,

Given the confusion about the trash pick up this week due to the out-of-date listings of trash holidays on the public works website, (thanks, Howie for the update) I thought people would like to know that the Mayor's office has responded to a comment on Facebook<https://www.facebook.com/AngelTaveras.Official/posts/487618701295663?comment_id=4689001&notif_t=feed_comment_reply> by updating the list for 2013.
