Dean sent his message at 1:41pm on Monday, and I received it at 1:42pm.
There was no delay on the part of SNA's web hosting company, this time.

As others have pointed out, a message was also sent on the 18th.  And
there is a prominent blog posting announcing the meeting as well.

Subscribers, such as yourself, who choose to receive list mail as a digest,
should realize that that means your messages may be held for up to a day.
It is, presumably, what you want - to get the messages in a bunch.

Of course, that is a good thing for senders to keep in mind, too.
