I have shoveled 2 properties .One on 11th street where the woman shovels from her driveway to her front entrance but doesn't
shovel the remaining piece of side walk. ( I assume she does not walk). The other property is the corner of 10th and Top Streets. The tenants there do not shovel and it is extremely dangerous to walk on the ice that accumulates there. Contrary to the opinion of Liberty Goodwin, it is dangerous to walk in the street. People speed around the corner of Top and 10th. I was almost hit by a car there two years ago.
