I John,
I have an agent I can heartily recommend. Some of my extended family use
him too. I have not gone direct in quite a while and I know companies that
do that have greatly improved and innovated, so I'm sure the
recommendations to consider Amica are also solid. However, I have found
using an agent to be very convenient and from what I can see he is
competitive on home and auto. For anything more complicated, his value is
even greater. When I was consulting I got my general liability and E&O
through him.
His name is Chris Brook, his e-mail is cnb869 at yahoo.com and his phone is
(401) 640-4710.
