[Summit] Recommend an attorney and inspector for home purchase?

technology like a small robot for tight spaces and sending out reports via
email/pdf.  Michael was recommended to me by my agent, Jamie Rebello.
 (Jamie was the third agent I worked with; the others just weren't a good
fit, for me.)  Both of these men have been a great help to me, so I highly
recommend their services.  =)
