[Summit] brown water

The water company said this might happen.  They're flushing the mains, or
something like that.

Also, within a certain area (including my street, Lauriston, they're going
to turn off the water from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. today.  Affected people should
have received a red notice on their doorknobs.
