[Summit] North Main St trees

Jill, Tara:
     The suggestion about the forestry department is good. When we helped put in the trees, the city forester led the operation, but said maintaining them was the responsibility of the business owners in front of whose operations the trees were installed. That's fine for North Main, but I didn't hear him say anything about the trees up the hill. They seem to have fallen between the cracks. Let us know what you find out.
