[Summit] Providence abandoned property map

Does anyone know how accurate this map is, or how to have the city add to this map or look into properties?  There are quite a few houses/buildings around Summit that appear to be vacant or abandoned.  Does anyone know what the criteria is for such a designation? Will these properties go up for auction or do they just sit until someone claims them?
