[Summit] Stolen Tires

Know someone living near here- same thing last week also.
His SECOND time.  I said "why don't you get the wheel locks?"

He said the thieves now have the keys.

Ridiculous situation.

Need wheels loaded with surprise dye bombs like the bank cash bags.  And
enough dye to splatter the guy(or gal) taking off the tire.

(controllable for your mechanic of course)
