[Summit] Response Time

I got a very quick response to my request for sidewalk repairs. I don't
remember the exact number of days, but it could have been as few as three.
I was very surprised when it appeared saying someone had been out to look
at my sidewalk and that it would be fixed when the city has the money. I'm
not holding my breath.
