[Summit] The further suburbanization of North Main Street

Whow... that pic must have been taken on a Sat/ Sun/ Holiday. M-F that lot
is SATURATED with TMH staff!  (Hey, I surely do not want 250+ cars parking
on the streets of Summit.)  The lot is so full that they are renting
another 100 spots just west of the existing Sears lot.

I have some real conserns about this article, but I not composed all my
thougths yet. I know TMH used the old Sears building for it's Pulmonary
Rehab program years ago, but the building was in such poor condition that
it was cheaper for TMH to build a new building (now in Shaws plaza) then
continue to rent there.

I am just so tired of looking at abandoned/ unused building on N.Main that
my first thought was that the gym would be a welcome site. (But I do like
the idea of it being mixed use with housing above.)  Another idea would be
to use the "Old Shaws"... there is plenty of parking there and it does not
appear to be falling apart.

Anyway, just some initial thoughts...
