[Summit] Gordo gone, Gordo back

So now we hear that Gordon Fox is coming back.  Isn't everyone in Rhode Island lucky.  But, what happened.  Courts say innocent until guilty.  But if he's innocent, why hasn't Gordo explained what is going on?  Why resign? here's a guy with multiple ethical findings and fines.  Does anyone really have any doubt????  Why sell your home?  Why not say you are NOT running.  All this is typical Rhode Island.  Will he get away with this behavior?
