[Summit] Dog poop

You go girl!  But don't expect too much empathy.  It seems as though people who don't have a dog think they shouldn't have to consider what their needs might be.   

It takes a village not just to raise a child, but to provide for the whole community's needs as best it can.  I don't care for kids and parents any less because I'm not a parent (although I harbor a fantasy of turning the Tot Lot into a dog park ;-) ) and I wish people could feel the same way about people and their pets.  I lived in Decatur Ga and there were poop bag dispensers and trash receptacles everywhere.  

And just for the record, I've only had a dog for 1 1/2 years and I've never smelled poop coming from any trash cans.  I'm just saying.
