[Summit] Writing in Marcus Mitchell

I don't like any of the gubernatorial candidates, nor any of the mayoral
candidates, and don't have a strong opinion on the ward representative
race, so I don't really care ... but I was under the impression this list
was supposed to avoid campaigning for any particular candidate. That seems
to have largely gone out the window the last few weeks.
