[Summit] oil prices

Hi all,

I put off renewing my heating oil contract until now and  I’m wondering about local pricing.

The state has a page at http://www.energy.ri.gov/energyprices/oilprices.php that is showing  a high of 4.29/gal and average of $3.63.  Did anyone have experience this year that says that this is right or wrong.  My current dealer wants $3.99/gal
