Huh, interesting. I know it's been on the market for quite some time now.
Would they raze all the buildings on it? That'd be a bit of a shame.

Twelve lots seems high for that amount of space, in that neighborhood.
6,000 square feet is nothing to sneeze at, but that's about a tenth of an
acre per lot. Not very big in terms of yard, once you put a decent-sized
house on it.
