[Summit] Request to subdivide 440-460 Rochambeau Ave

This house was on my paper route back many moons ago.  It is w/ great
fondness that I remember this particular house & property.  At the time,
the people were cashing in their returnable glass bottles to be able to
make the 42 cents (3 cent tips were the norm) to pay for the daily paper at
the end of each week.  We often did the same to buy beans & franks for Sat
night dinner.  Kind of gave us a sense of shared fate, though our lot more
the modest by far.  I will truly miss having this beautiful estate to walk
past and marvel at, helping to give the E. Side so much of it's character.
I'm sure my great grand mother remembered this property extending far
beyond it's present boundaries.

Any have any history on this one?  Mike F.?
