[Summit] Early Garbage Pick-up

Has anyone else complained about the early morning garbage pick-up ? (I
actually think it may be the recycling truck.) We are on Summit and
Colonial and I am woken up at 4:30 a.m. I called DPW and didn't get
anywhere.
