[Summit] Stadium update , from our other Councilman, Seth Yurdin

I am not against baseball but I am against huge longterm investment we have
no guarantee to profit from financially or as a community. We have a
beautiful ball park we can bike to as it is, why build another one? These
are private investors with a long history of profiting from public
projects, we are still paying for the Civic Center. It doesn't make any
sense.
