[Summit] Dog Walkers using OUR cans for their stink. Rude!

All our trash cans have bright orange labels saying "NO DOG WASTE".
Every time they are out for trash pick up we end up with "doggie bags" in
our empty cans anyway.

Then I get to choose to let them sit under my windows & stink, or I throw
them out into the gutter. Gross.

I am sick of the thoughtless RUDEness.

This morning I just happened to look out and see a woman going by with four
or five small whitish "dust mop" dogs and flip a bag of dog waste in our
cans, that we forgot to take in, like she does it all the time. (On Sixth
at Hope)

I called out to her, but she didn't hear me, because a yard worker was
blowing one of those noisy machines.

If anyone knows who this is, tell her to take her doggie doodoo home to her
own cans.

That is SO RUDE!  Putting your dog's feces in someone else's can. UGH!
GROSS!!!!
