[Summit] Dog Walkers using OUR cans for their stink. Rude!

Thank you for the support every body.
it helps me feel better --
from feeling literally pooped on!
What they did wasn't nice, probably mostly thoughtless.
Glad other dog walkers are more careful.
But lets not have a fight.
OK?
Life has enough challenges with out adding to them.
At least my life does.
