[Summit] Just a little November Haiku

[Anna Highsmith]

A carpet of leaves
First crisp and multicolored,
Soon just damp brown mulch.

Time for a jacket?
An hour of raking up leaves,
the jacket's back off.

Flocks of yard waste bags
Roosting on every corner
The truck is coming.
