[Summit] Parking Meters on Hope

I'm on the "less worried about Hope street (the commercial strip of it
anyway) and more worried about the side streets" side of things. I mean,
there's often no parking out front of my house during the day anyway since
I'm so close to Seven Stars, but it'd be pretty annoying to have to feed a
meter or get ticketed if I needed to leave my car outside of my driveway
for a few hours for one reason or another.
I also think parking meters on the side streets are an eyesore, which is a
valid concern for a neighborhood that's still struggling to catch up
aesthetically with its neighbor to the immediate east. They're also a pain
both for residents and visitors. Overall, I expect they'd have a
significant negative impact on property values.
