Nate Urso’s official city e-mail address (you’re not disturbing his personal life) is:

NUrso at providenceri.gov

Nate was acting Deputy City Engineer, but has gone back to his previous specialty as Chief Traffic Engineer.

[ My guess is that intended City work on cross-walks may be delayed by the botched and now-aborted bond referendum put on the last election ballot. You can ask the Mayor and City Council members about that. ]

¶ The new Deputy City Engineer is Craig Hochmann,

CHochmann at providenceri.gov

He takes over the responsibility of overseeing the work that Providence Water and NatonalGrid are doing on gas and water mains, as well as their eventual permanent resurfacing of the streets that they’ve dug up.

So if you have questions about this which the utilities themselves or neighborhood leaders can’t answer, he would be the person to ask.

Have a good week,

Dave
