[Summit] Hope Street Trash

Has anyone notices the disgusting state of the trash barrel outside of the
CVS on Hope Street?

Right next to the bus stop. Not only is it overflowing with trash. it's
been in a worsening state since the 25th!

I've contacted PVD 311 and got a response from the city yesterday around
noon. As you can see from the picture from this evening, nothing has been
done.

I also contact the Hope Street Merchants Association. The email address
that they publish, info at hopestreet.com, is inactive. I tweeted at them, but
no reply.

It's not just an overflowing barrel, but the street in front and the bus
stop are also strewn with trash.

It's shocking that merchants in the neighborhood would walk by this and be
okay with it. CVS, I'm lookin' at you.

Make no mistate, this qualifies as filth that attracts rats.
