[Summit] Drug deal just happened in front of our house!

Was just out watering plants on my porch on Hillside Ave. and saw a drug
deal right in front of our house. Appeared to be packets of heroin
exchanged for money. Woman was pulled up on wrong side of the street (our
side) opening her trunk -- so I stood and watched from our enclosed porch.
A man in a Honda CR-V pulled up on the opposite side with his window down.
She ran over and handed him rolled up cash and he handed her what looked
like small white packets. I yelled from the porch "Hey do you guys need any
help with anything out there?" and she said "No!" and ran back to her car.

I got the license plate number and car description of the dealer and
promptly called the Providence Police.
