[Summit] Taekwondo

We are looking for something with fewer sequins than gymnastics for my very active, 5-year-old daughter. We were thinking about Taekwondo or something similar.  Any suggestions for classes in Providence? We would especially like something fairly noncompetitive, high energy and fun, although the possibility of kicking things would be appreciated.
