Paper Nautilus (formerly Myopic Books and half of the Providence Bookstore-Café) hasn’t really left Wayland Square, except in the most technical sense.

It’s just moving from one storefront away from the Square itself (at 9 S. Angell) to half a dozen storefronts away (19 S. Angell), or from facing l’Artisan bakery to facing Minerva pizza.

Opposition to Natural Gas Facility Continues, with a recent letter from State, City and environmental leaders to the Department of Environmental Management. Our State Rep, Chris Blazejewski, was among the leaders who signed. Learn more here.

RIVER RELAY IN FOX POINTWALK, PADDLE and BBQ
Monday, September 4 (Labor Day), 3-5pm
 Join us on foot or by kayak for the first River Relay in Fox Point! Walkers will meet at 3pm at the India Point Park parking lot, 201 India Street. Paddlers will meet at 3pm at the Gano Street Boat Launch, 81-99 East Transit Street (bring your own kayak.) Walkers and paddlers will finish the course at 5pm at Blackstone Park, site of a free BBQ for all.
