Dear Neighbors
 
Last Friday a pipe burst at The Miriam Hospital resulting in water damage in several areas.   We spent the weekend making repairs.  The last portion of our recovery efforts include cleaning the carpet in our front lobby, which will occur tonight between 8:30-10:00 pm.  We will begin the work after visitor hours have terminated and try to complete the work before 10:00pm.
 
Please pardon any inconvenience our operations may cause you this evening.  The work is unavoidable due to the pipe burst last week.
Cintas vans will arrive in our front circle this evening and as a result, you may hear some noise from the equipment needed to complete the cleaning.  Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this work may cause you.
