[Summit] Polling place question

The Rules & Regulations for Polling Place Conduct can be found here:

Names are announced in part so that the designated poll checkers from each
candidate's campaign (the folks at the other table) can cross check against
their voter lists. They have to announce the names audibly enough for these
folks to hear it.
