If you're ever looking for a one-on-one trainer to help with your specific
needs, I can highly recommend Katie McNamara at Providence Pilates, on the
corner of Cole and Lincoln.

She's empathetic, patient, highly trained, and works with a wide range of
ages and abilities. She has helped me fix my bum shoulder, so that I'm
pain-free, after years of discomfort.

They also have group classes there.

Good luck!
