[Summit] Fence replacement and/or handy person

Please help!
I need someone to replace a fence that was literally plowed down in March.
I have had much difficulty just getting a quote!
None in hand yet and this happened in early March.
Now there are rude and disrespectful kids cutting through my yard right next to my car and my front door.
Wood and Wire is supposed to come tomorrow - it took this long to get an appointment - I just hope they show.
