[Summit] New Scam?

We went out to dinner last week to a restaurant. My friend ordered a vodka with cranberry juice and I a gin on the rocks. When the bill came there was a surcharge of 50 cents for the cranberry juice and $2(!) for my ice!!!  Needless to say we didn’t pay these charges and won’t be going back any time soon...
