[Summit] Fountain

Not that I have any special tender concern for the pocketbooks of the Federal Hill Merchants, but they pay plenty of taxes. they sweep and wash that plaza and the city puts that fountain in publicity photos. Maintaining fountains like that is what cities are supposed to do. Why did we forget that?

Meanwhile, bless the neighbors scrounging donations to install a drinking fountain in Lippit Park. But who has already won when the people actually willing to get out of bed and work for a better world proceed from the belief that a G-D bubbler, in one of the busiest parks, at public expense, is too much to expect?
