| Good afternoon,
RIDOT officially opened the Slatersville Stone Arch Bridge in North Smithfield this week. Learn more about the bridge and our project through this local news story. |

| Carolina Bridges, Charlestown/Richmond

We plan to install bridge railing and guardrail. The alternating one-way traffic pattern remains along Route 112 North and South, from Butter Lane to Carolina Mill Lane. |

| I-295 Corridor Bridge Improvements, Cumberland
Barrier placement will require left lane and shoulder closures along I-295 North, from the Mendon Road exit to the Diamond Hill Road exit, Sunday-Thursday nights from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. We anticipate restriping and lane shifts beginning Sunday night along I-295 South within the same project limits. This work should last through the week on the Southbound side as well. |

| Pound Hill Road Bridge, North Smithfield
No lane closures are anticipated as crews work behind barrier doing some minor demolition, grouting dowels for the bridge deck, and forming and installing rebar. |

| Route 6/10 Interchange Reconstruction, Providence
Three traffic shifts were implemented in 2018:
   - (1) temporary off-ramp to Westminster Street and Route 10 North was constructed,

   - (2) Route 6 East traffic was shifted to the north onto the existing Route 6 West roadway,

   - (3) Route 10 South/Route 6 West decision point (split) is ½ mile further north.

Traffic will remain in these locations until Summer 2020. The off-ramp to Broadway will remain closed until 2021, with traffic utilizing a detour via Hartford Avenue through Olneyville Square.

Additionally, barrier has been placed on the north side of the Broadway Bridge, providing one lane of traffic both eastbound and westbound, and the new Westminster Street Bridge traffic shift provides two lanes of traffic westbound into Olneyville and one lane eastbound. A detour was implemented for Tobey Street/Harris Avenue to Route 10 South, as were new traffic patterns on Westminster Street and Broadway.  Construction activities taking place behind barrier at the 6/10 Interchange include:
   - Demolition of Huntington Viaduct Bridge, Plainfield Street Bridge, Hartford Street Bridge and Broadway Bridge
   - Westminster Street Bridge Pier Installation
   - Installation of Sheet piles along Route 6 West
