[Summit] Donating to a Library or School?

Hi Summit,

I have a pretty nice Samsung 23" 1080p monitor that I'm no longer using.
I'm not really interested in selling it, and I'd like to donate it. My
normal donation strategy is "give it to Savers" but in this case I'm more
interested in the monitor going directly to a place where I know lots of
people will benefit from it, rather than onto a shelf at Savers where it
might only help one person.

Does anyone know if the local schools or libraries accept donations of this
type and how best to go about it?
