Race" at Rochambeau Library this Saturday, January 11, beginning with
pot-luck morning snacks at 9:30 AM. We hope you will be able to attend.

7th in a series of Conversations about Racial Harmony, Racial Healing, and
Justice

 

"To promote the concepts of love and unity for the entire human race,

That the feelings of superiority and suspicion be eliminated,

And that peace and friendship become the reality for all humanity."

 

To establish personal relationships across color lines in a space that is
safe and welcoming.

To address American racism with an eye toward change; to eliminate racism in
any form it may appear.

The most important skill to both exemplify and encourage in others is
listening with an aim toward understanding.
